Joe was my technician today. He was on time, polite and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He provided three options to fix the issue and explained what each entailed along with the cost. He made the repair in under an hour and I am very satisfied with the result. The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.

We recently moved into our home and when the garage door wouldn’t close we called Precision for help. Ted showed up early and quickly assessed the issue and identified options for us. He finished up the work quickly and showed us how everything worked and we were back in business. We now have Precision’s business card above the door opener switch for future needs. Excellent in every way!

I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!

This was my second experience with Precision Door. One of my springs broke yesterday and was under warranty from years ago.
